There are a lot of reporting data needs to be reported in the process ofcement production, There are a huge number and many different kinds of these data thatmakes the traditional manual sorting, query and so on work more and more complex. Underthe trend of development of the informatization, building material industry association willneed to develop higher quality, more practical, more efficient management informationplatform, to meet the needs of the development of building materials industry.In this paper, according to the above problems, under the background of Shandongbuilding material industry association project, Combined with the actual project requirementsanalysis. giving priority to the user’s needs, and give full consideration to the status quo ofShandong building material industry association management information, under the relativemore perfect MIS technology, completed the following work.(1) Introduced the status and development of the building materials industry, informationmanagement, the significance of the overall system design and development.(2) By understanding the building materials industry quality management system andoperation mechanism of the process, according to the actual users of the system needsanalysis, developing an overall design scheme of the system, as well as a detailedimplementation process of the functional modules, etc.(3) We have designed the building materials business association with differentworkflows by the various statements building materials industry analysis, enterpriseproduction data will be reported to the database server, the association meta-analysis of thedata, to identify problems, to guide production.(4) We choose our system based on B/S three-tier structure, we select current popularSQL Server database as the backend database system, use the Microsoft c#programming language to develop this system, basically achieved the cement enterprise report submitted tothe examination and the certificate application for laboratory.It reached to our goal after the system was put into use. Then we will continue toimprove our system to realize cement enterprises’ informatization. The system will providethe basis which can be as the production control information for Shandong building materialindustry association and the cement enterprises, in order to make cement enterprises in ourprovince building materials industry to get long-term development.
