In terms of current situation of the cadres’ information management, many information such as basic information of cadres, basic information of reserve cadres, assessment information of cadres, training of cadres, cadres’ abroad is still in the writing stage of artificial hand. Sometimes in order to check items it required many companies to report the data. Those make it cumbersome in daily management. With the increasingly fierce of market competition, the existing management model is clearly unable to meet the needs of the present stage of cadre management; the company is eager to have a more comprehensive and multi-sectoral information system of sharing the cadres’ information to improve the work efficiency.This paper firstly analyzes the status quo of management application of domestic and foreign companies and current information management system, combining the cadre management system requirements, analysis the necessary of improving the existing cadres’ information management system. Then introduces the development tools and technology of the Yuntianhua Group cadres’ information management system, according to the actual situation within the group’s analysis of the functional requirements and performance of the system, detailed describe the implementation of the modules, the establishment of the database, internal relations and specific implementation technology.This system uses J2 EE enterprise development platform, has a good compatibility to solve the information communication among different enterprise backend. The front framework uses W3 C standards(html + css + JavaScript).Background database uses MySQL to build, and the server uses Tomcat container. Overall system uses Struts + JDBC technology architecture to make the system hierarchical to realize the harmonious bonding system between the front and back.Finally, according to designed program of the cadres’ information management system, the paper gives the test results of the system. Practice has proved that the system has better application of this article and broad prospects.
