| Nowadays, a detailed study aiming at project management both in domestic andoverseas, but it has less research for the combination of management of project ofpipeline welding quality and progress, managing multiple projects, and softwaremanagement system for a project can be composed of multiple construction unitsparticipating in the construction, several quality inspection departments, qualitymanagement a plurality of inspection department to participate in the inspection.This thesis will use modern means of information developed in PowerBuilder asappliances, use SQL Server for the database, to complete JCC welding qualitymanagement information system, which use it to achieve the construction site weldingquality, dynamic monitoring of the progress of the welding, change ‘resultsmanagement’ to ‘dynamic management’.The main content of the thesis:(1) The design of the development process using Visio tool auxiliary system.(2) Using idea of process management, analysis modeling the behavior of thedifferent users of the system to provide different user interfaces for different users, inorder to meet the needs of different rollers(3) Using thinking of the C/S architecture, according to the actual situation of theconstruction site, needs of network design to solve in the local area network to meet thesystem requirements(4) For the test running of welding quality management system, to verify whetherthe functions of JCC welding quality management system based on C/S mode toachieve the desired goals.According to the work above, the design and implementation of JCC weldingquality management system, realized the management and controlling of siteconstruction enterprise on welding quality, including: welding information management,inspection information management, project information management, statisticsmanagement and system maintenance and other functions. Provides support forleadership decision-making, also serving as a model for study of enterprises in the same industry in this field. |
