With the rapid development of electron、computer and information technology, manyindustries rise like as spring bamboo after rain. The diversification and application of textilemachinery equipment realize the effective combination of the equipment and computermanagement system. This directly decided to remote control system is the important one linkin textile machinery control system, until the development and application to the more massthe actual production activities. The traditional monitoring system is choosing appropriatesensor firstly and collecting the relevant parameters for analysis. This monitoring model isonly suitable for the small-scale knitting equipment. For computer knitting machineproduction, big workshop space leads to complex wiring, increased collection capacity ofworking information, which is no doubt a waste of resources, so this kind of traditionalmonitoring system has its limitations.At present textile industry production line urgently need a perfect, intelligent remotemonitoring system in our country. This topic takes production situation of at least 100 or morecomputer knitting machines as monitoring objects, combined with the network remote controltechnology and sensor detection technology, which research and designs a set of the newnetwork remote control system applicable to computer knitting machine.Horizontal machine failure detection usually recurs to the automatic fault alarm device ofbuilt-in buzzer. For the special complex of textile machinery control system, because of crosslinking degree of line control and horizontal machine itself structure and spatial limitation,therefore, we design a kind of horizontal machine control system. This system volume issmall and operation is simple, that may not only analysis and tests each horizontal machinesystem lines, but also position for the equipment failure and line fault fast and accurately, andreduce maintenance mistakes in the work. At the same time, the system has the expansionfunction, applicable to all kinds of electronic system.The paper main research contents is that firstly knowing the principle of computerknitting machine, combining with the weaving process requirement, analyzing the networkremote control of computer knitting machine, and designing a set of hardware platform ofnetwork remote control structure. The system is under the support of Zigbee technology andrealizes communication transfer function between the computer knitting machinemonitoring-station and the centre nodes. Secondly building the software platform of keytechnologies of a computer knitting machine network remote control system, includingcompleting the uploads and downloads of control data, needle selection technology, themachine position control, thread communications and high precision timer. The system canmonitor machine speed and all sensor signal in real-time.
