| In recent years, the fast development of private colleges, gradually become the important part of the current education system in our country. But the development of private colleges at the same time, we also see some inevitable problems, one of the more common problems is the faculty of the disorder flow. Most private colleges due to funding, management, concept, academic, social status, such as all sorts of reasons, unable to attract the best talents in colleges and universities, or even attract talent, is also difficult to its long-term retention. College teachers great mobility, high turnover this problem seriously restricts the development of private colleges, and even affect the development of higher education in our country.Between the above problems, this article first to the theoretical definition of the concept, then the present situation of mobility of private colleges in our country to carry on the overall analysis, put forward the necessity of teacher flow, and analyzed the teachers flow rule and the effects of private colleges and universities teacher flow. On this basis, combining with XH college teachers flows for empirical research, by introducing the basic situation and the teachers troop situation XH, model selection and correction, affecting factors of teachers’ flow indicates that the main influence factors affecting the school teachers out-of-order fluxion. In reference XH college under the premise of empirical research, private colleges which affect the teachers restricts the out-of-order fluxion, and aimed at restricting factors put forward countermeasures to improve the private colleges teaching disorderly flow, so as to improve the stability of the non-governmental university faculty.This paper aims to the analysis of the current situation and problems of private college teachers’ flow, combined with the case of XH college, using the modern theory of human resources and personnel flow related theory, find out the improvement of teachers’ disorderly flow of private colleges countermeasures, so as to provide decision-making reference for non-governmental university human resources management department, to maintain stable private colleges teachers, maintain the continuous development of private colleges. |
