| In recent years,private kindergartens have achieved rapid development under the guidance of national policies.The vigorous development of private kindergarten education is inseparable from high-quality,stable and energetic teachers.Reasonable teacher flow can not only inject fresh blood into the teaching team,but also promote the improvement of the quality of preschool education in Shihezi area.In order to grasp the situation of teachers’ mobility willingness in private kindergartens in Shihezi area,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the mobility willingness of teachers in private kindergartens,and on the basis of this,puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to optimize the structure of teachers and promote the improvement of education quality in private kindergartens.This study based on the survey data of Shihezi area 34 kindergarten teacher of run by the local,using multiple linear regression method for the flow of the current private kindergarten teachers Shihezi intention and its influencing factors were analyzed,and the research conclusions: first,the flow of private kindergarten teachers Shihezi intend the overall weaker,teachers stability;Second,teachers with higher education are "unwilling to enter and cannot stay",while teachers with lower education are "unwilling to leave and have a large number".The structure of teachers should be optimized.Third,are the major factors influence the will of teacher flow ability of teacher education and teachers’ perception of external job opportunities and teacher education feelings of early childhood education from three aspects of factors,including highly educated teachers,external job opportunities awareness of strong teachers and has lower education teachers flow will strong feelings.According to the research conclusions,suggestions are put forward to optimize the teaching staff and promote the quality improvement of preschool education.Firstly,it should be clear to take the mobility as an opportunity to promote the overall quality improvement of the teaching staff.Secondly,give play to the basic role of the market mechanism to promote the active flow of teachers;Finally,the guiding role of policy mechanism should be coordinated to avoid the passive "sinking" of teachers. |
