Kindergarten teacher mobility usually refers to the movement of kindergarten teachers between preschool education fields,other stages within the education system,or to other industries.Private kindergartens play an important role in the field of preschool education in our country.Therefore,the construction and stability of the teaching staff of private kindergartens is an issue that cannot be ignored.This study selects the teachers of the H preschool education group as the research object,trying to explore and understand the situation of teacher mobility in the H preschool education group.First,describe the overall situation of teacher mobility of the H Preschool Education Group in the past five years,including the outflow and entry of teachers.Secondly,analyze the current situation,individual characteristics and influencing factors of all in-service teachers in the group,mainly using exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Third,interview teachers who have experienced mobility in the H preschool education group to analyze the causes of mobility and their views on mobility issues.Finally,combine the above three parts to find the strong attraction and deficiency of attraction of private kindergartens.The thesis is divided into the following five parts:The first part is the introduction to the research,including the research background,research questions and research significance.The second part is the core concept and literature review,including the definition of core concept and related literature review.The third part is the theoretical foundation and research design.The research design part is divided into research orientation,research object,research framework and thinking,research method and process.The fourth part is the research results,including a description of the overall situation of teacher mobility in the H preschool education group,an analysis of in-service teachers’ willingness to flow and influencing factors,and an analysis of the flow of teachers with mobile experience.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion,respectively corresponding to the above three parts of the research results to discuss and summarize: First,the H preschool education group in the past five years has less teacher outflows and more employment,and the willingness of in-service teachers to flow is generally low.Second,through the analysis of variance,it is found that there are differences in the willingness of teachers of H preschool education group under different teaching ages,ages and marital status.Among them,teachers with more than 10 years of teaching age have the lowest willingness to move;teachers in the 21-30 age group have the highest willingness to move.And there is a trend that the older the age,the lower the willingness to move;married teachers with no children have the highest willingness to move,while married teachers with children have the lowest willingness to move.At the same time,through relevant analysis,it is found that teachers’ willingness to move is significantly related to kindergarten ’ s work pressure,kindergarten management,interpersonal atmosphere,remuneration and welfare,teacher’s family support,social status,teacher ’ s own professional development and well-being.Regression analysis further found that among all the influencing factors,the work pressure of the kindergarten and the happiness of teachers have the most critical influence on their willingness to move.Third,the reason for the flow of teachers in the group is the pursuit of kindergarten management,their own professional development,and family stability;most of the teachers interviewed expressed their understanding of kindergarten teachers’ mobility behavior and believed that it was a buffer before the flow Treatment can reduce the negative effects of flow.Finally,it summarizes the strong attractiveness and deficiency of attractiveness of private kindergartens,discusses the implementation path of stabilizing the teaching staff of private kindergartens,and elaborates the current research deficiencies and prospects for future research.
