Research On The Flow Of Teachers In Private Kindergartens

Private kindergartens are an important part of preschool education in China,and kindergarten teachers are the key factors affecting the quality of private preschool.Private kindergarten teachers have obvious problems of unstable teaching staff,low level and great mobility,which has a great negative impact on the development of private kindergarten.Based on social mobility theory,social role theory and social stratification theory,this study investigates the status quo of private kindergarten teachers’ mobility by questionnaire,focusing on three aspects: mobility experience,mobility willingness and mobility destination By using the method of interview,this paper analyzes the causes of the flow of teachers in private kindergartens by interviewing 5 education administrators,15 heads of private kindergartens and 30 kindergarten teachers.Through the analysis of the results of the survey: Private Kindergarten teachers overall mobility,teachers are unstable,teachers in the Institute of obvious gaps.From the perspective of the floating willingness of the teachers of private kindergartens,the floating willingness of the teachers of private kindergartens is on the high side and tends to flow to the public kindergartens and the professions outside the trade;from the experience of the floating of the teachers of private kindergartens,at present,the length of service of private kindergarten teachers is short.With the increase of the length of service,the floating number increases,the potential mobility of private kindergarten teachers is very large.From the perspective of the Movement of private kindergarten teachers,public kindergarten is the first choice for private kindergarten teachers.This study analyzes the differences of teacher mobility in private kindergartens from the aspects of educational background,income,professional title,teaching years,kindergarten grade difference and marital status.The result shows that the mobile intention of private kindergarten teachers is strong at present,and there are significant differences among different private kindergarten teachers.Through the analysis of the factors affecting the mobility of private kindergarten teachers are low salary,difficult to protect the legitimate rights and interests,great work pressure,low social status,difficult to achieve personal development,individual factors of teachers.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some corresponding suggestions on promoting the reasonable flow of private kindergarten teachers.First,to balance the salary and welfare treatment of private kindergarten teachers;second,to protect the legitimate rights and interests of private kindergarten teachers;third,to put people first and pay attention to the emotional management of teachers;fourth,to enhance the social prestige of private kindergarten teachers;fifth,sixth,help private kindergarten teachers to enhance professional identity.
