With the rapid development of China’s economy and the improvement of people’s living standards,private kindergartens play an increasingly important role in preschool education.In order to improve the quality of preschool education,it is very important to have a stable contingent of high-quality private teachers.However,the problem of high mobility and low salary of teachers in private kindergartens has become increasingly prominent.Unreasonable teacher mobility has brought adverse effects on private kindergartens,children’s physical and mental development and teachers’ own development.Therefore,it is of great significance to create a stable contingent of private kindergarten teachers.On the basis of referring to the existing research on teacher mobility,this research takes the theory of social mobility and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the theoretical basis of this research.This research selects six private kindergartens in A District of Qingdao as the research object.The current situation and existing problems of private kindergarten teachers in A District of Qingdao were investigated by literature,questionnaire and interview.In order to understand the flow situation of sample private kindergarten teachers in District A of Qingdao city,the author adopted the method of questionnaire survey.A total of 224 questionnaires were sent out,and finally 210 effective questionnaires were recovered,with a recovery rate of 93.75%.The overall situation of the flow of sample private kindergarten teachers in District A of Qingdao City was learned,and the existing problems were analyzed.In addition,through the investigation of six private kindergartens in A district of Qingdao and the interview of principal teachers in some kindergartens,the author obtains the reasons for the flow of private kindergarten teachers,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures to effectively stabilize the teachers in private kindergartens.The basic framework of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction,including the question,research purpose,significance and method,concept definition,literature review,the theoretical basis of the research;The second chapter describes the current situation of private preschool teachers’ flow in A District of Qingdao,including the characteristics of flow intention,flow direction,flow behavior and the adverse effects of teacher flow.The third chapter analyzes the reasons of floating teachers in private kindergartens in A District of Qingdao from the social level,the kindergarten level and the individual level.In the fourth chapter,according to the reasons for the frequent flow,the author puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions from the social level,the kindergarten level and the teachers’ own level,so as to solve the flow problem of private preschool teachers.In short,aiming at the problem of frequent turnover of teachers in private kindergartens in A District of Qingdao,the society,private kindergartens,individual teachers and all parties of the society should make joint efforts to solve this problem from multiple perspectives and in various aspects and fields,so as to stabilize the construction of teachers in private kindergartens in A District of Qingdao.Strengthen the attention and care of private teachers,improve the career development opportunities and salary and welfare of teachers,create a better working environment and education and teaching atmosphere,make a positive contribution to the development of private preschool education,and work together to build a stable and high-quality preschool teacher team. |
