| In recent years,with the development of social economy,private colleges and universities in China have developed rapidly and gradually played an important role in the field of higher education.After years of exploration and development,private colleges and universities in shaanxi province have developed to a certain extent.Moreover,private colleges and universities have distinctive characteristics in running schools and established a good reputation,and their development is relatively stable.However,in the process of the development of private colleges and universities,there are still many problems,such as the frequent loss of teachers,the structure of the teaching staff is not stable,the school management system is not sound,and these problems are extremely adverse to the further development of private colleges and universities,so it is urgent to pay attention to them.As the main body of education,teachers’ working status directly affects the teaching quality of colleges and universities,and the frequent loss of teachers will inevitably restrict the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.Therefore,how to improve the working enthusiasm of teachers in private colleges and universities and prevent the loss of teachers is an important problem to be solved urgently in the development of private colleges and universities.This paper takes the teachers of shaanxi M college as the object of investigation.Based on the research of relevant literature and theories,relevant data and survey results are obtained through questionnaire survey and interview.According to the analysis,M college in shaanxi province,like other sister colleges,has a serious problem of teacher loss.Based on the survey results,this paper analyzes the causes of this problem from three aspects: the government,the school and teachers,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to prevent the loss of teachers.From the government’s perspective,we should increase government support to improve the social status of private colleges and universities,clarify the implementation details of relevant policies,strengthen supervision,standardize the management of teachers in private colleges and universities,and increase social security.School: improve performance appraisal,establish security system,increase on-the-job training and improve incentive mechanism;Teachers: to improve self-cognition and sense of responsibility. |
