So it has practical significance to study the impact factors of academic achievement. This study will combine the two kinds of factors of parents teaching and students’ psychological capital affecting academic achievement, by investigating the junior middle school students’ psychological capital as the inner psychological mechanism under different ways of parents teaching effects on academic achievement.The study mainly adopts literature analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out. Our research object is grade seven to grade nine students in rural areas of Hunan Loudi. In order to discuss the relationships of parental rearing style, psychology capital about the middle school students and academic achievement scale, and to further explore the psychology capital in the mediation role of parental rearing style influencing on academic achievement. We use three scales for measuring tool, like the EMBU, psychology capital scale of primary and middle school students and academic achievement of middle school students. Through our study, we want to achieve the target which the parents will realize the importance of parental rearing style, and the level of academic achievement in middle school students will improve. The last, we hope to provide certain theoretical support and education guiding ideology for how prompting the teenagers to use the positive mature psychology capital. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) Parental rearing style in terms of middle school students has significant differences on the gender and urban and rural residence; psychology capital shows significant differences on the urban and rural residence; academic achievement exist significant difference in grade.(2) Parental rearing style, psychology capital and academic achievement are significantly correlated on the whole. Parental rearing style dimensions in addition to his father too much interference, the father refused to deny, showed a significant positive correlation with academic achievement, parental rearing style dimensions over intervention in addition to his father. Extremely, significant positive is correlated with the psychological dimension of capital confidence, parenting rearing style dimensions in addition to his father favoritism, have a significant positive correlation with the mental toughness capital dimension.(3) Psychology capital exists between parental rearing style and academic achievement of pointing to the problem as partial intermediary role. Specific performance like below: parental rearing style interaction has positive predictive power to and the academic achievement of pointing to the problem; the psychology capital has positive predictive power to the academic achievement of pointing to the problem.
