Research On The Optimization Of Performance Management System Of Nanchang W Middle School

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy,the survival and development of private schools are facing new opportunities and challenges.How to better serve the society is the development of the school will never be able to bypass the topic,with China's education system reform and development,how to better establish the school management system has become increasingly urgent issue.Nanchang W middle school as the top school in Jiangxi Province,in the past the development of performance evaluation of the school played an indelible role,but with the development of school,students and parents requires better teaching quality,the performance management of the school began to expose a series of problems.The further development of the school is limited by the unitary examination content,the inconsistent assessment standards,the lack of performance communication and so on.Therefore,this paper combines the balanced score card and key performance indicators theory,use questionnaire survey and other research methods to optimiza the performance management system for Nanchang W school.By building KPI index system and optimize the performance communication mechanism of the school,this paper solve the practical problem in the development of W school in Nanchang.
