Chinese classical poetry is broad and profound. For thousands of years, we grow sturdily in the sunshine of poetry and nourish feelings with the rain of poetry. Students can express aspiration and tender feelings by poetry. Students can not only cultivate interest and sensitivity in language, but also enrich the imagination, cultivate mind and aesthetic sentiment, improve their humanistic quality by reciting poetry. So there is no doubt that teaching classical poetry is important for the development of students. But in the present situation of ancient poetry teaching is faded, and classic is ignored or even abandoned. According to this situation, author tries to analyze the reasons of the specific of classical poetry teaching in Nanpu experimental middle school of Wenzhou, and explore the effective teaching strategies.There are four chapters in this thesis. Introduction, the first chapter, talks about the main contents and methods of research, shows that the research purpose and significance of the topics, and the definition and main concept of the topic. The second chapter is about the survey of middle school students’learning situation and teaching situation of ancient poetry. The author mainly Expand detailed analysis on the results of two questionnaires, found the classical poetry teaching in junior high school under the problem. According to the survey results, the third chapter is about the reasons the teaching problems of ancient poetry. Reasons for the induction and summary, which is after the starting point to explore the ancient poetry teaching strategies. The fourth chapter is the focus of this paper attempts to discuss municipal junior high school principal in classical poetry teaching in Junior made several strategy discussed mainly on the following five aspects:First, to accelerate the professional development of teachers, in particular, focus on school-based training in order to achieve an organic combination of teaching and research; the development of school-based special courses, well-developed literacy programs; and to promote teachers and students to read, and improving discipline literacy, to improve the standard of teaching ancient poetry teachers. Second, try to integrate some modern elements in the teaching of ancient poetry, for example, a perfect combination of music and poetry, creating an atmosphere poetry, poetry appreciation emotion; comparative reading modern poetry and ancient poetry, supplementary interpretation of subject content; and in some of the best Modern fiction to look for traces of ancient poetry to stimulate student interest in learning the ancient poems. Third, the use of single-pilot school in teaching, which is directly under the school Wenzhou in recent years, the characteristics of teaching by students’ self-learning and cooperative learning to deepen the understanding of ancient poetry. Fourth, after studying ancient poetry to guide students through parodies of classic, shift with the famous, with the mood of ancient poetry utilize other methods to improve literacy ancient poetry. Fifth, In order to optimize the ancient poetry teaching evaluation mechanism, to pursue diversification of evaluation content, evaluation method diversification, specific evaluation process, to change the traditional evaluation methods, in order to improve the efficiency of student learning ancient poetry.In this thesis, using the survey method and interview method, author clearly reproduces bad phenomena of the ancient poetry teaching in junior high school; With the analysis the teaching problems of ancient poetry and causes, author explores the new learning ways and the effective teaching method to cultivate students’ learning interests and comprehension ability. It is helpful to in depth explore the new teaching mode of middle school ancient poetry and to give the frontline teachers enlightenment.
