Junior high school Chinese classical poetry is rich in personality education elements,is an important way to carry out personality education.Junior middle school is an important period of personality development.It is the connotation of quality education and the fundamental requirement of national education policy to train students to have healthy psychology and form sound personality by using classical poetry in junior middle school.It is of great practical significance to fully excavate the thought of personality education contained in classical poems,effectively infect students with humanity and edify their personality,and help students form sound personality.This paper studies the personality education of classical poetry in junior middle school,which is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is “Personality education and its theoretical basis.” Personality education is a planned and purposeful use of various forms and approaches of education,focusing on the development of the mind and character of the educates,improving the cognitive level and self-awareness of the educates,cultivating healthy personality to meet the needs of modern society.The connotation of personality education mainly includes:cultivating good psychological quality,fine moral quality,true,good and beautiful values and subject consciousness and spirit.Personality education has the characteristics of progressive,persistent,permeable,interactive and practical.The Confucian ideal development theory of personality and Yuanpei Cai's sound personality education theory introduced in this paper provide a solid theoretical basis and reference for the personality education of classical poetry in junior middle school compiled by the research department.The second chapter is “Junior high school Chinese classical poetry and personality education”.Junior high school Chinese classical poetry and personality education are closely linked,is an important carrier of personality education.The teaching of classical poetry in junior middle school is an important way of personality education and the “awakening” of personality and soul.It is the inevitable requirement of thinking and cognition level of junior middle school students to carry out personality education with the help of classical poetry teaching.The teaching of classical poetry in junior middle school should assume the due responsibility of personality education.Junior high school Chinese classical poetry has the advantages of being catchy,highly conductive,blending poetry and painting,immersed in aesthetics,profound thinking,heart enlightens the personality education advantages,contains the spirit of patriotism and social responsibility,positive,optimistic,enterprising values,Good at excavating aesthetic sentiments and sincere emotional feelings and other personality ideas.The third chapter is “the current situation,problems and causes of personality education of Chinese classical poetry in junior middle school”.Through the analysis of the current situation of teaching materials and teaching,combined with their own understanding and experience,it is found that there are some problems in the personality education of Chinese classical poetry in junior middle school,such as the teaching content is too heavy on words,the integration of personality elements is not enough,the consciousness of self-construction is lacking and the comprehensive evaluation of teachers and students is single.The main reasons are: the estrangement between students and classical poetry,the deficiency of teachers and students' poetic quality,the insufficiency of students' perception of artistic conception,the insufficient combination of personality cultivation and practice,“Test-taking inertia”affects the direction of education and the guidance of teaching evaluation is not in place.The fourth chapter is “ junior middle school Chinese classical poetry personality education is the implementation strategy”.In order to solve the problems existing in junior high school classical poetry personality education,in the implementation of junior high school classical poetry personality education,we should be good at using various“educational environment” to further improve the effect of junior high school classical poetry personality education.These“educational environments”include: teacher personality imperceptible,creating environment to guide “entry”,multidimensional interpretation to enhance emotional experience,“learning by doing” to experience personality connotation,multidimensional evaluation to strengthen personality education and equal atmosphere to consolidate personality education,etc.
