The theoretical study of the BSC and AHP:a detail discussion of the origin of Balance Scorecard theory and application of practical experience in homeland and abroad, and gradually leading that the BSC can be used in nonprofit organization. The introduction of AHP has important significance to deal with large amounts of data for this paper.2. Component teaching management evaluation index system of independent college, discussing the component factors and assignment points of this index system.3. Component index mathematical model of teaching management success degree in independent college, and to make such key factors hypothesis for index mathematical model, then discussed solution of the model in detail.4. Using index mathematics model of independent college teaching management success degree to index teaching management of Wenzhou university oujiang college, making analysis convergence of calculation and repeating treatment of abnormal data, verifying the accuracy and feasibility of this model.The index system and mathematics model in this paper, can provide preliminary scientific basis for improving teaching management index work, and the success degree forecast results can showing the directions clearly for independent college.
