Independent College is an higher education in the past10years of reform and innovation in China an important achievement for the development of private higher education, to promote popularization of higher education to make a positive contribution. Indicators constructed mainly from the BSC customer dimension, the dimension of internal processes, learning and growth dimension and financial dimension to discuss four aspects, and after a large number of simulation runs Evidence of this indicator system innovation and scientific.This indicator system is a long-term development strategy est starting college in the principle of fair and equitable under the guidance of teachers in colleges and in order to achieve a win-win for the personal development based on the head to build and complete.
