As an intangible resource,knowledge gradually replaces land,capital,labor and other important factors of production,and plays an unprecedented productivity.The research on knowledge management also arises at the historic moment with the development of knowledge economy.The starting point and core element of knowledge management is "sharing",and its goal is to spread knowledge and experience from individual level to organization level,so as to achieve the improvement of group quality and core competitiveness.Graduate innovation team is a team of talents with the same research objectives and complementary knowledge and skills,which exists in Colleges and universities.It has the basic characteristics of research objectives particularity and short-term.As the basic resource of graduate innovation team,knowledge can get the maximum knowledge utility only when it is fully shared,so as to promote the progress of scientific research.In reality,due to the existence of many constraints within the team,the knowledge sharing within the graduate innovation team is not ideal.Therefore,at this stage,it is very necessary to study the influencing factors of knowledge sharing in graduate innovation team.Based on the research on knowledge management in universities at home and abroad,this study uses the previous research for reference,from the perspective of social psychology,puts forward the corresponding hypothesis,establishes the influencing factor model of knowledge sharing in the graduate innovation team,and carries out questionnaire survey,statistics and Analysis on some graduate colleges.In addition,this study uses SPSS professional data analysis software to test The reliability and validity of the questionnaire,correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are used to explore the relationship between the variables in the model and the willingness and behavior of knowledge sharing,so as to find out the main factors influencing the knowledge sharing behavior in the graduate innovation team,which are the trust among members and the personal attitude towards knowledge sharing behavior Degree,knowledge self-efficacy and environmental factors.
