As the core component of knowledge management, knowledge sharing has been a hot to picrecently. Domestic and foreign researchers present a lot of excellent results on the connotation of the knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing process and the implementing path, the factors that influenced of knowledge sharing. Most studies focus on the field of enterprise management and virtual community practice, however, lack of research highlight knowledge sharing during the process of scientific research cooperation among university teachers. With the rapid development of modern information technology, social media has been used widely, based on this situation, this study discusses the promote and block factors of the knowledge sharing behavior during the process of scientific research cooperation among university teachers in Hebei province, and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the knowledge sharing among university teachers in Hebei province.This study focuses on the university teachers, and examine the possible influencing factors of the knowledge sharing among university teachers. First of all, this study does literature review to summarize the definition and related work of knowledge sharing. Besides, data collection uses the investigation and interview, and summarized it simply, using the excel tool to do descriptive statistical analysis of interview data, encoded and analyzed the text data by Rost CM6, NVivo software. In addition, according to the results of data analysis and key information on the interview text, analyzed the influence factors of knowledge sharing in Hebei province university teachers' scientific cooperation from knowledge sharing subject, k object shared channel and situation four aspects. The study found that the implication of knowledge and the ability shortage to internalize and express knowledge, lack of communication between team members, lack of tacit knowledge and the copyright protection degree and other factors impede the knowledge sharing. Finally,combined with the interview data sorting results and knowledge sharing influence factors research, a series of suggesrions on how to promote knowledge sharing in Hebei province university teachers' scientific cooperation was proposed, including: Improve the ability of members' knowledge expression and absorption; raise the level of university teachers' scientific research team knowledge supply; enrich the teachers' scientific research team knowledge sharing channels; enhance the teachers' scientific research team construction of organizational culture.
