A large number of interactions, discussions and mobilizations are made by people, based on common concerns and common goals, which even realizes online and offline linkage, making collective behavior with new "field". Social events such as "smiling chief event", "Li Gang event" caused a great disturbance in the network, and thus led to the network collective behavior such as network onlookers, network burning issues. With the development of micro blog, internet forums and other individual medias, the network collective behavior is emerging, and the characteristics of non-organization and anonymity make the network collective behavior more extensive, effect and more profound.Just based on the research of the network collective behavior, this article takes emotional mobilization as its angle, exploring the function of the network collective behavior formation made by emotion in the cyberspace. The paper tries to clarify the network collective behavior through a series of network events in emotional mobilization. On the basis of fully considering the typicality and feasibility, the paper focuses on the mobilization of the tragedy, anger and banter, making a systematic discussion of its cause, strategy, effect and the action respectively, and discussed the generation of network collective behavior logic by emotion mobilization, furthermore, the deficiency existing in this research are discussed as well.Research has shown that, the tragic mobilization is the way to evoke the sympathy and concern by telling and performing the sad story. The sad mobilization is a process of reappearing the present situation, which includes practical situation, social background and the role of the characters. Events subject or its agent sets the tragic "play" by the reality situation, attracting netizens constantly involved, moreover, triggering the network collective behavior, such as network onlookers and network onlookers rescue. The angry emotion causes a sense of deprivation and indignation, and anger mobilization strategies including local reinforcement, "background" disclosure, moral attribution, the trial of public opinion, and so on. In addition, in most cases, it generates aggressive opinion and aggressive behavior.
