Emotional Mobilization And Expression Of Comments In Internet Public Events

With the popularization of the Internet,China's public events on the Internet have been mushroomed.On March 23rd,2017,Southern Weekend published a news report titled "Stab the People Insulted Mother".Due to the story of insulting Mother and the clever reporting skills of Southern Weekend,the report caused wide attention from all walks of life in two days.The result of the first trial verdict of "Yu Huan's case" beat and challenged the moral standards of the entire society and so caused a grand discussion on the Internet about the "filial piety and the law" and "emotion and justice".It also made the case a big network public event.On May 27th,the second trial verdict of this case was changed.The verdict was changed enormously in two months,which represented a huge impetus of public opinion to oversee the resolution of social incidents,and the power of the media such as Wechat and Micro-blog guaranteeing judicial fairness and social justice,while at the same time highlighting the unprecedented supervision of the public opinion on justice.In fact,every network public event is a projection of real life.Every tempest of public opinion is release and expansion of a risk,which impacts the normal operation of the social organism unpredictably.This article sets the case of Yu Huan as an example.Through the analysis of public opinion,it is explored how the regional and personal accidental event is rapidly amplified by the promotion of new media technologies,especially in social media.Through research on emotional mobilization,it explores how dispersed individuals gather together through emotional stimuli,emotional interactions,and emotional resonances to form large-scale discourse collaboration;This article also tells that the public is motivated by what kind of motives,what are the public appeals,and what kind of strategies are used to express them in the opinions expressed.At the end.of the paper,they are presented in the public event of the Internet from the perspectives of the media,the judiciary,the government,and the public.And this article gives some suggestions on how to construct a harmonious public discourse in the discussion.
