It stressed comprehensive development of human,the balanced and personalized development in the book of The new curriculum standards of Senior Chinese.From the appearance of the new words of comprehensive development, sane personality and the enhancement of self-personality,and we can see that Chinese education is not only the emphasis of mastering Chinese knowledge but focus of senior high students right now with the continuous progress of the times and constantly improvement of educational system and theories. Under this new idea of education, the learning process of Chinese is no longer just focus on the processing of knowledge acquisition,skills development,but of formation of students’ virtue, construction of personality,and successful life and impact of culture.Improve the personality of students is the most important of components and necessary requirement of the times.It had a special advantage on fostering students’ sane personality in the teaching of classical poetry. classical poetry permeated the poet of individual emotion and spirit of the times,and merged together life consciousness and personality feelings. From cultural attributes of the poetry of view, this paper discussed the sane personality of fostering the senior high students in current teaching of high classic poetry, and put forwards to teaching suggestions on that basis.The main contents of this paper contain four parts.The introduction explained firstly the reasons for choosing the topic, namely the problem.Sorting out cultural connotation and humane care in classic poetry and psychological characteristic of senior high school, and clear that classic poetry had close contact for cultural connotation and sane personality. Then leads to the research contents and purpose of this paper.The second chapter analyzed the current situation which fostered students’ sane personality in teaching of high classic poetry, made clear the definition of sane personality and the necessity of personality’s education for senior high students.The third chapter stated an important role of classical poetry in Chinese teaching of high school,then excavated the resource of personality’s education form the perspective of classical poetry personality’s education. Firstly, classical poetry had a profound national culture, secondly classical poetry contains the ideal personality of scholars of successive dynasties, and then made clear that teaching of classical poetry was worth of fostering the personality.The forth chapter gave some teaching suggestion about fostering students’ sane personality.It began three aspects on exploring the aesthetics in poetry and strengthen students’ cultural attainments,value the importance of reading classics and grasp the idealism of moral quality of sages,integrate reading and writing to foster students’ creativity, and to promote that educators permeate better the fostering idea of personality in teaching classical poetry.
