The university stage is important both in development of life and the transition stage. Because most people are often in the entry after the age of 18 has not complete self-identity formation, then there is the early adulthood task which a superposition of self-improvement, young people often relatively difficult task. Especially in the 22 to 24 years after graduation, young people face an important juncture, employment, choice of life goals, is easy to appear all sorts of psychological problems. But this part of the crowd, fresh graduates’psychological burden is heavy. However, education and the development of psychology at present are mostly concentrated in a variety of subject in the study of children, teenagers, young people on college students and recent employment has become a blank. Therefore, it is urgent to appear relevant studies, this research background and purpose.Through the study of the fresh graduates stress, social support, personality, the relationship between the three, the causes of fresh graduates pressure proposed solutions. By retrieving 225 questionnaires, the research conclusion. Social support using SSRS social support scale test, Eysenck personality questionnaire was adopted to test the personality, pressure to take SAS scale test and draw a conclusion.Among them, there is a significantly negative correlation between good social support and pressure. In support of the objective component in the table, because when looking for work and school location may be inconsistent, leading too many fresh graduates leave the students, to go alone to the new city, leading to the actual can get less subjective support. In the subjective support subscale, although fresh graduates can get psychological support, but less effective support. In the utilization of support subscale, showing fresh graduates of all aspects of alleviating the pressure of utilization of support needs to be strengthened.Eysenck personality test, high psychoticism had positive correlation with high nerve and pressure. Due to the high psychoticism manifested mainly as biased self, to the external environment, and has good adaptability, treat others friendly. And easy in groups to make different things, easy in the face of pressure, more difficult to resolve, not easy to ease. Therefore, in the graduation pressure, pressure of up to abnormal levels.Correlation between extraversion and pressure is not significant. Extraversion individuals with high disposition extroversion, lively, easy impulse, more easily out in times of stress; introversive type high individual personality is introverted, calm, not easily excited, when confronted with pressure easier to handle rationally.In actual fact, introversion and extroversion master graduates in the process of stress relieving is of good wins, can help reduce the effect of pressure on people. Therefore, the size of extraversion and pressure had no significant correlation.There is a positive correlation between high nerve and pressure. Due to the high nerve and manifested as anxiety, be preoccupied by some troubles, such as feel depressed clinical manifestations, biased towards the early symptoms of depression. Therefore, the trait is not conducive to a stress relieving. In addition, similar to the spirit of quality, high nerve may also be a manifestation of a larger pressure.This paper finally to alleviate the pressure of fresh graduates and puts forward some opinions. To alleviate the pressure of fresh graduates need efforts of individuals, schools and society of the three party.
