The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Psychological Pressure And Social Support For Outstanding Retired Weightlifting Athletes In Sichuan Province

The good or bad problem of retiring athletes is related to the sustainable development of national competitive sports.Every year,a large number of athletes have various problems in work,life,and mental state because of their retirement.As an unpopular project,the living environment of weightlifting athletes is even more worrying.In the past,the research on retired athletes mostly focused on policy resettlement and social security,and there were few studies cut from the perspective of psychology.As process theory has been introduced into the study of “decommissioning” issues,research on social psychology of retired athletes has also increased.This paper takes Sichuan excellent weightlifting retired athletes as the research object,and through researching literature,questionnaires,case analysis and other methods,studies the psychological stress level and social support status of the group and explores the corresponding countermeasures,in order to study the psychology of excellent weightlifting retired athletes.The problem provides theoretical support and provides ideas for solving problems.After discussion and analysis,the following conclusions were drawn:1.The psychological pressure of Sichuan excellent weightlifting retired athletes exceeds the normal level,but the social support level is higher than that of Shenyang retired athletes;2.There is no correlation between the psychological pressure of Sichuan excellent weightlifting retired athletes and social support.The irrelevant reasons may be related to the high subjective support;further research found that there is a significant correlation between psychological stress and support utilization.3.The psychological stress characteristics of Sichuan excellent weightlifting retired athletes are: women are higher than men,one is higher than healthy,unemployed is higher than employed,married is higher than single,the lower the income,the higher the stress,the family income level Little effect on individual psychological stress;4.The social support situation of Sichuan excellent weightlifting retired athletes with different sports grades is different,mainly because the social support of sports athletes is higher than that of first-class athletes.This phenomenon may be related to the high subjective support.In response to the above conclusions,relevant countermeasures include: pre-planning,changing consciousness;improving the system,providing protection;psychological counseling,avoiding risks;education and training,opening the way out.
