Related studies show that social support to relieve the pressure on students has a positive effect, but the empirical research is less. This paper is to take the students of Shaoyang City, Hunan Province as an example to analyze the relationship between students’ pressure and social support. The research survey result as follows:(1) Compare to the middle school students, the overall stress levels is indifference. First-year students stress level is significantly higher than grade two and grade three students.(2) The student’s in objective support and support utilization degree scores on less, and the significant difference is rising on the scores of social support in the mother’s cultural degree, family income and grade.(3) There is a significant correlation between the stress and social support, and each dimension of social support has an obviously effect to the stress. The overall social support is roughly reflecting the stress of the secondary vocational students.(4) The interview result shows that the student’s lack of cognitive ability and the school lack of it to the students and parents ignorant to them is another insufficiency of the social support. On this point, this paper presents to relive the pressure of the students, to promote the connection of social support effective with system mechanisms:to set up a "guidance of supervision mechanism; the equal distribution of education resources by the government; to establish "schools-parents-society" the trinity education network platform.
