Nowadays,the researches that study career decision-making self -efficacy gradually increase at both domestic and abroad, which provide certain theoretical use for reference. However, the research specifically aimed at postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy is rare, especially now facing massive postgraduate in domestic caused by the severe employment situation, therefore, This study is conducted inevitably.This article summarize the career decision-making self-efficacy theory frame and related researches, started from verifying the applicability of the postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy, the subjects include a total of 519 postgraduate from nine universities at different grades in Shanghai. This research make use of Career Decision-making Self-efficacy Scale,Achievement Motivation Scale,Social Support Rating Scale,Y-G Personality Scale to investigate,while analyze the characteristic of career decision-making self-efficacy in many aspects,and also using correlation analysis,regression analysis, Variance analysis of statistical methods,and explore the interaction between postgraduate achievement motivation and career decision-making self-efficacy, as well as social support and personality, it is found that career decision-making self-efficacy has close correlations with them.The results indicate:1.The level of undergraduate career decision-making self-efficacy scale can be reasonably applied to investigate postgraduate; 2.On the whole ,the levels of postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy are elevated average, the scores among individual are more discrete, the level differences of individual are relatively big ; 3.Postgrudate career decision-making self-efficacy in terms of gender, the subject category, there is a significant difference; in the terms of university, grade, there is no significant difference,however postgraduate year-1 and postgraduate year-2 have a significant difference in dimension of"making plan";4.Residence in urban and rural,single—child and non—single child,their career decision-making self-efficacy have no significant difference;5. Postgraduate had full-time job or no, their career decision-making self-efficacy have significant difference; however postgraduate had part-time job or no, their decision-making self -efficacy have no significant difference; 6.There are significant correlations among the dimensions of career decision-making self-efficacy and the dimensions of social support, and a dimension score or several dimensions score of one scale can be used to predict every dimension score of another scale; 7.Among postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy and social support,their correlation coefficients are significant,and specially"subjective support"have a great impact on the various dimensions of career decision-making self-efficacy scores;8.among postgraduate career decision-making self-efficacy and personality traits ,their correlation coefficient are significant or greater significant, and many dimensions of personality trait have a relatively influences on career decision-making self-efficacy.
