In the context of accelerated aging of China’s population and the transformation of family role model,institutional pension has become the pension choice of about 3% of the elderly.However,from the point of view of reality,as a group of nursing staff directly serving the elderly,they generally face problems such as long working hours,high intensity,unpredictable risks and low degree of professional identity.In addition,since the outbreak of COVID-19,the closed management of nursing homes and their own panic about the epidemic have sharply increased the pressure and psychological burden of the nurses,which will surely affect the physical and mental health of the nurses and the quality of hospital service in the long run.As professional social work has increased,the Ministry of Civil Affairs of social workers in the pension industry such as policy support,social work plays a positive role in pension institutions,such as alleviate the pressure of the nurse has also conducted a variety of effective exploration and expand the social work service group in hospital,the professional advantages of played a social worker.This paper takes the nursing staff in K Nursing Home in Wuhan as the research object.Based on the social support theory and emotion ABC theory,social work professional skills are used to intervene the nursing staff.The research is mainly divided into three parts: First,the stress status of nursing home nurses.Field observation,interview and other methods were used to visit the hospital,and based on the understanding of the performance and feeling of the pressure of the nursing staff,combined with the epidemic prevention policy of the nursing home under the background of the epidemic,the causes of the pressure were analyzed from the aspects of the nursing staff themselves,the institution,the elderly in the hospital,their families,the society and so on.Second,professional social work methods to the practical intervention of nursing staff.Including home-themed activities,stress reduction groups and individual cases in K nursing home,to relieve the pressure of nursing home nurses from three different levels and provide support for them in the nursing home.Specifically,a series of hospital-themed activities are mainly aimed at creating an atmosphere of stress awareness and decompression in the hospital,supporting the intervention of groups and individual cases,and consolidating and strengthening the outcome of intervention.The "Moment of Relaxation" group for nursing staff is designed to relieve the pressure of nursing staff in the hospital and provide a platform for communication among the group members.Emotional relief casework is to intervene the specific service objects to relieve their bad emotions.Third,reflect on the practice.Reflect on the whole practice process rationally and put forward research conclusions and suggestions. |
