The Research On Project Management Of The Development Of The Students’ Associations In Harbin Medical University (Daqing)

The Harbin Medical University(Daqing) reforms continually on its student education,puts emphasis on the role of students’ association as a new carrier of quality-oriented andmoral education in aspects of teaching, ideology and elite-fostering. The adopting policy notonly accord with the personality development of contemporary undergraduates, but also lay asolid foundation of students’ healthy growth and cultivation. The relevant theory of projectmanagement is applied to the Daqing Campus of Harbin Medical University StudentAssociation building work, can be better, more orderly implementation of the full range ofcommunity management and monitoring, has a correct guiding role in the development ofDaqing Campus Student Association of HMU.This paper researched in detail and drew a conclusion in the management model ofstudents’ associations in Harbin Medical University (Daqing) according to field research andquestionnaire survey of students’ associations in Harbin Medical University (Daqing). It alsoobjectively analyzed the practical condition of students’associations and the problems remainin. The author introduces the thought of project management into the management ofactivities of students’ associations. Based on both theory and practice, this paper firstelaborates the definition of project management and the theories of the development ofstudents’ associations. Then, this paper analyzes the property of project in the process ofassociation development and the current situation of students’ associations in Harbin MedicalUniversity (Daqing). This paper also points out the problems existing in the process ofstudents’ associations’ development and calls upon to carry out project management in thedevelopment of students’ associations in order to design the project management system ofstudents’ associations in Harbin Medical University (Daqing). In this paper, the authorconfirms the targets of the project and the plan to execute the project so as to supervise andconclude the executive condition according to the principle of project management and theestablished targets. With the advice and corresponding measures points out in the end forstages of starting, programming and executing, this paper have made a contribution positivelyto enhance the research and development of the theory of students’ associations in HarbinMedical University (Daqing).
