A Study On Management Of Students’ Professional Knowledge Associations In Vocational Colleges

Student Associations in Vocational colleges are an important part of extra-curricular activities,which is the main part of social practice for students and an important way for construction of campus culture, in that case, it plays an important role of training and development of students. Vocational knowledge-based student organizations as an important part of a student’s place in the school community, which made students use their expertise and provide an important way to improve the students’ professional competence. Professional knowledge-based societies develop students’ professional ability on the premise that effective management. In order to understand management effectiveness form the knowledge-based societies in the Vocational professional, the paper through access to relevant literature analysis, expound the university community features, functionality, and community management theories; on the survey of Rui Xiang Bo English Association in Jiangxi Tourism and Commerce Vocational College, it found that the questions of Vocational colleges student organizations specialized knowledge management’s system is not sound and the lack of objective planning and so on; based the theory in community management and learn model from the professional knowledge in U.S. community management, this paper proposed the countermeasures which establishment of a sound regulatory mechanism and incentive mechanism development expertise Vocational based on student organizations, what to promote healthy development in the vocational college students’professional knowledge Associations,it has great Significance.
