With the constant deepening reform of higher education, great changes have taken place in the campus lifestyle of college students. On the one hand, with the emergence of academic credit system, tutor system and logistical socialization, changes occur in organizations and party modes of college students and the educational function of traditional classes has been gradually weakened. On the other hand, college students’ associations as their autonomous organizations are increasingly playing the roles as promoting the all-round development of college students and booming campus culture. This paper places the research emphasis on the following two problems, namely the interaction between college students’associations and colleges and the current interior development of college students’ associations. Practically, the discussion on the issue is beneficial for the better recognition of organizers and associations’personnel on the correlation between the associations and the colleges on one hand (Youth League Committee), and makes associations’personnel see clearly the importance of the internal organizational system on the development of associations on the other hand. Theoretically, the paper enriches the research content of higher education. This paper includes four chapters. Chapter I is the introduction part, mainly introducing the macro-situation, present domestic and foreign researches, research methods adopted in this paper and the innovations. Chapter II is the reference part of theories, mainly introducing the connotation, features and causes of generations. Based on this, the feasibility study on college students’associations is elaborated. Chapter III is the subject of the paper, primarily investigating the two problems:the interaction between college students’ associations and colleges (Youth League Committee) and the current interior development of college students’ associations. Through probing into these two questions, the following conclusions are drawn. Firstly, colleges (Youth League Committee) play the role of leader and controller in the interaction with college students’ associations. Secondly, the organizational system, association culture, and the implementation of obligations and rights of members are still premature for the associations. Chapter IV is the constructive part, putting forward suggestions from the aspects of improving external environment and upgrading internal organizational system. Specifically, as for improving external environment of associations, we should first tease out the relationship between associations and colleges and then make the legal status of college students’associations clear. And furthermore we should perfect the personnel election mechanism. With respect to upgrading the internal organizational system, we should perfect the articles of associations first and then set departments rationally and raise members’ service awareness.
