| With the promotion of Quality Education in Colleges and Universities, and the strengthening the reform of Teaching System, College Students’ Associations, as a kind of autonomous organization, plays an important role in promoting the socialization of College Students, enhancing the overall quality of College Students, enriching the campus culture, and promoting the construction of a harmonious campus. However, in the face of social changes in the rapid economic development, economic globalization, information technology, value diversification, and so on, the management and development of College Students’ Associations are also facing a series of new challenges, for example, the system is not standardized, the financial management is chaotic, cohesion is not strong, the structure is not balanced, the community development resources are limited, the security system is not perfect, the activity characteristics is not obvious, and there is a lack of long-term mechanism.Adopting the methods of empirical and comparative analysis, this paper includes the College Students’ Associations in the sphere of Business Administration, mainly using the theory of Modern Management, Organizational Behavior and so on. For a series of questions reflected in the development and management of the College Students’ Associations in the new period, through a large number of investigation and research, and taking the Students’ Associations of Soochow University as a case in detail, this paper expounds the present situation development of the College Students’ Associations,the problems and cause analysis, and through the comparative analysis between Chinese Students’ Associations and American Students’ Associations, this paper focuses on a more comprehensive and systematic research on Enterprise Management Mode of College Students’ Associations: Establishing the management ideas of enterprise management of Students’ Associations, Improving organization structure of Students’ Associations, establishing a standardized system, and generating strategies in the branding, the marketization, the networking, the project of Students’ Associations and the rule of law in College Students’ Associations. The paper provides a common reference model in order to improve the operating efficiency,to solve the bottleneck of the development,to enhance the core competitiveness, and to promote the sustainable development of College Students’ Associations. |
