Project Management Of Students’ Associations In Qingdao Harbor Vocationaland Technical College

In recent years,Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college deeply realized to students association for teaching,the significance of the student’s intelligence cultivation and quality promotion,strive to build around student associations to promote students’ quality education.As the new carrier of the second class,the student association is beneficial to the students’ pursuit of their own personal development,and it is also conducive to the students’ physical and mental health.To apply project management of related theory of Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college community construction work,help the school to implement a full range of community management,for the Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college students a positive role in guiding the development of community projects.Through questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and studies the current situation of student societies management in Qingdao port vocational technical college,and objectively analyzes the problems existing in the management of student societies in this school.Based on the analysis of student community construction related theory,the project characteristics of the construction activities,introducing project management ideas to management of student associations,stick to the current situation of the development of Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college students,the students practice the project management,based on the design of Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college student community project management system.The measures are put forward from the five stages of starting,planning,execution,control and completion.Finally,by introducing the analytic hierarchy process and the theory analysis method,the author evaluates the student association project management of Qingdao harbor vocational technical college.Through the study of this article,for the Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college student community project management gradually standardized and systematized found the way out,and to promote the Qingdao harbor vocational and technical college students the development of project management to seek the new way and method.
