| College students’ associations are student groups which composed of voluntary college students according to their own interests and hobbies. The development of community has a vital role to cultivate students’comprehensive qualities and display personal skills and hobbies. The development and construction of college students’ associations is the need to cultivate college students’ comprehensive ability and promote the university students’ mental health. Andalso, it is the important way to enrich campus culture and strengthen College students’ideological and political education. To strengthen the research ofthe development and construction of college students’ associations in the new period and actively guide college students to participate in healthy and upward community activities are the important factors relating to students’healthy growth and comprehensively promoting of quality education.This paper takes college students’ associations of eight universities in Shenyang as the main research object through three homemade community questionnaires. Itmakes systematicanalysis onthe kinds, activities, sources of funding, site use,instructor with, internal regulations, foreign exchange situation and other aspects of college students’ associations in Shenyang according to the survey data and the discussion situation. It also finds the problems of management and construction of college students’ associations in Shenyang through the process of system analysis. Finally, it puts forward a proposal to strengthen management and construction of community according to the existing problems from optimization community species composition, expanding funding sources, perfecting rules and regulations andbuilding brand community etc. |
