The Composition Analysis Of Malignant Tumor Diseases In A Hospital 3 Years

Objective:Exploring the disease composition and changing tendency of the qinghai university affiliated hospital of hospitalized patients to provide the basis of tumor prevention and research in the locality.Methods:From the qinghai university affiliated hospital medical information and medical record management office draw on January 1, 2012-2014,December 31 with the pathological diagnosis of 10425 cases of hospitalized patients with malignant tumor, all patients were hospitalized patients, for repeating the patients in the hospital, collect only one out of the hospital information.Input all patients of transferred data into Excel spreadsheet as raw data, classified and summarized.Through SPSS 20.0 statistical software for gender, age, nationality, discharge diagnosis four parts data for statistical analysis, single factor analysis using the chi-square test.Results:10 malignant tumors of 2012-2014 years are gastric cancer(20.27%),lung cancer(11.96%),breast cancer(8.81%),liver cancer(8.11%),esophageal cancer(6.48%), colorectal cancer(5.47%), cervical cancer(4.68%), colon cancer(3.40%),thyroid cancer(2.80%),lymphoma(2.75%),a total of 7790 cases(74.73%);the sex ratio is 1.25:l;between 40 and 80 years old this part of the group are the main group; minority of patients with diseases distribution and han ethnic group have significant differences.Conclusion:1.10 malignant tumors of qinghai university hospital from 2012-2014 years are gastric cance,lung cancer,breast cancer,liver cancer,esophageal cancer,colorectalcancer,cervical cancer,colon cancer,thyroid cancer,lymphoma.2.The middle-aged and the elderly is a major disease group in qinghai province. 3.Different tumor types exist gender, ageand national differences. We should accord to the formative characteristics of malignant tumor targete forl cancer prevention and control strategies.
