| Objective:Through the epidemiological analysis of the hospitalized cases of malignant tumors in Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University for 2011-2016 years,the characteristics of malignant tumor diseases,age,sex and regional distribution are studied in order to understand the epidemic characteristics and changes of malignant tumors in Yanan area in recent years,and provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of malignant tumors.Methods:A descriptive study was used to collect statistical analysis of the related information of 11492 patients with malignant tumors hospitalized in Yantai hospital from January 2011 to December 2016.The three distribution characteristics and the changes in the year were summarized.The main observation index is the ratio of composition and contrast.Results:1.Generalsituation: in 2011-2016 years,there were 363305 cases of hospitalized patients,of whom 11492 cases were malignant tumors,accounting for 3.16% of the total number of patients.The total number of male patients was 5934,and the total number of female patients was 5558.The number of male and female patients was 1.07:1.2.The number of cancer patients ranked first in-2016 in 2011 was gastric cancer.Lung cancer,cervical cancer and liver cancer rank the three in the middle.The top three ranked breast cancer,rectal cancer and esophageal cancer.The first cancer in men is gastric cancer,the fifth is rectal cancer.The three places ranked first in lung cancer,liver cancer and esophageal cancer.Women ranked first in cervical cancer,the fifth in ovarian cancer.The top three ranked in breast cancer,lung cancer and gastric cancer.3.The number of the top 7 malignant tumor pagoda patients was the largest in 6 years.The highest number of men with gastric cancer,male lung cancer and male liver cancer is Zichang County,followed by Ansai County,and the county of the highest number of male patients with esophageal cancer is Zi Chang County,followed by rich county.The highest prevalence of cervical cancer and lung cancer was in women in Ansai County,and the highest in breast cancer in Yanchang county.4.The age of the 7 top malignant tumor patients in Affiliated Hospital of Yan'an University was mainly in the 41-70 year old group.In 6 years,the age group of male patients with gastric cancer and lung cancer was 30-60 years old,and the highest age group of patients with esophageal cancer and liver cancer was 50-60 years old.The top two women with cervical cancer and breast cancer are at the age of 50.Conclusion:In the past 2011-2016 years,the top 7 malignancies were gastric cancer,lung cancer,cervical cancer,liver cancer,breast cancer,rectal cancer and esophageal cancer.The top two cancers in men were gastric cancer and lung cancer,and the highest incidence was 30-60 years.After that,malignant tumors ranked first in liver cancer and esophageal cancer,and the highest incidence was 50-60 years old.The top two cancers in women are cervical cancer and breast cancer.The highest incidence is 50-60 years.The top three ranked in breast cancer,lung cancer and ovarian cancer.Therefore,the prevention and control of malignant tumor in Northern Shaanxi should take a series of positive measures based on the characteristics of malignant tumor in the region,for example,the urban air pollution should be actively treated and the urban greening level should be promoted.Community hospitals are actively promoting healthy lifestyle and knowledge about cancer prevention and screening for high-risk population.In view of the low level of medical care in rural areas,we should increase health resources,train medical personnel,and strengthen publicity and popularization of health knowledge. |
