Objective: To understand the disease spectrum characteristics and the ratio of Qingha i Province Tumor of thyroid disease, providing direction and reference for the prevent ion and treatment of thyroid cancer in Qinghai Province.Methods:Collected from 2012 January to 2014 December in Affiliated Hospital of Qi nghai University were thyroid tumor inpatients, analyzing the collected cases by age, gender, nationality and the disease constitution.Results: Collected 2467 cases thyroid tumor patients, male 375 cases, female 2092 ca ses, accounting for 15.20%, accounted for 84.80%; the Han nationality accounts for 78.03%, the Tibetan accounted for 10.26%, accounting for 8.23% of hui. Constituent ratio for nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma, papillary thyroid carcino ma, thyroid carcinoma, medullary thyroid carcinoma, thyroid follicular carcinoma, an aplastic thyroid cancer before 7 thyroid tumor. Among the top 5 accounted for 99.59% tumor patients. 46 to 60 years of age the number of patients with nodular goiter, th yroid adenoma, thyroid papillary carcinoma of the largest proportion.Conclusion: 2467 cases of thyroid cancer patients, the first 5 diseases constituent rati o as follows: nodular goiter, thyroid adenoma(81.51%)(22.86%), papillary thyroid c arcinoma(7.34%), thyroid carcinoma(2.03%), follicular thyroid carcinoma(0.12%), the total of 99.59% patients. Nodular goiter proportion is obviously higher than that o f other diseases. Male 375 cases, female 2092 cases, male to female ratio was 1:5.6, h igher than the proportion of men and women 1:3 reports. No difference between male and female patients with disease of the top 5. 1925 cases of Han, Tibetan accounted f or 78.03%, 253 cases, accounting for 10.26%, Hui 203 cases, accounting for 8.23%, t he Han nationality accounts for the proportion is obviously higher than that of other n ationalities. The Han, Tibetan, Hui, between each disease in thyroid tumors in the con stituent ratio of no difference. Cases were mainly concentrated in patients over the ag e of 30, especially in the 46 to 60 years for.
