Basic Research And Medical Postgraduates Completed Dissertations Build Process Evaluation Index System

Objective: In order to guarantee the Quality of Basic Medicine graduate and postgraduate training base article for medical procedures were studied, and the ability to master basic medicine and graduate research dissertation to complete the build process evaluation system were relevant to explore and build a basis consistent with Master of Medical Graduate Education law, and has a strong operational objective evaluation system.Methods: Through literature review and surveys to understand the current research and the status of the culture basic medicine graduate, list the available indicators, after the panel discussion topics, the initial basis for the elaboration of scientific research and graduate medical degree thesis through the process of evaluation index system. Using the Delphi method, two rounds of expert consultation letter, determined on the basis of medical scientific research and postgraduate thesis to complete the process of learning evaluation system; and finally using analytic hierarchy process to outcome of the expert consultation letter as the basis to determine the weight of each index.Results: After two rounds of expert advice, built around research capacity, theses, thesis writing, the quality of instructors and instructor-led five-level indicators on the basis of scientific research and graduate medical degree thesis complete build process evaluation index system. Five-level indicators under the 23 secondary indicators. Two expert consultation response rate was 100%, representative and authoritative experts selected are good. Analytic Hierarchy Process, the indicators have been established, based on expert judgment constructing judgment matrix obtained weight coefficient of each index.Conclusions: The integrated use of the Delphi method and AHP to construct the Master of Basic Medical Sciences and postgraduate dissertation to complete the process evaluation system. Forms part of the basis in line with the characteristics of Master of Medicine graduate student culture, culture through its safeguards system of the whole process.
