Object:Based on the collaborative background of medicine and education,this study constructs an index system for evaluating the training quality of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine,verifies the scientificalness and applicability of the system through empirical research,and provides a measuring tool for the training and assessment of clinical postgraduates,in order to improve the training quality of clinical postgraduates.Methods:First of all,this study uses the methods of literature research and theoretical analysis to consult the relevant literature at home and abroad,and draw up the framework of the evaluation index system of the training quality of postgraduates majoring in clinical medicine.The Delphi method was used to consult 26 experts in related fields at home and abroad for two rounds,and the evaluation index system was formed by modifying the index screening criteria and expert opinions.Secondly,the importance assignment of each index is analyzed by Analytic hierarchy process,and the weight value of each index is calculated by yaahp 6.0and Excel 2007,so as to make clear the importance of each index in the whole index system.Finally,according to the constructed index system,a questionnaire was developed to evaluate the training quality of clinical medical postgraduates under the background of the cooperation between medicine and education.360 clinical postgraduates from a medical university in Shanxi Province were randomly selected for investigation.344 valid questionnaires were collected.At the same time,the reliability and validity of the index system were tested,and the scores of different demographic characteristic index systems were compared by calculating the score.Results:1.The recovery rate of the two rounds of expert letters was 100%,and the experts were highly enthusiastic.after two rounds of Delphi method,the number of third-level indicators increased from 76 to 58,Kendall's W from 0.23 to 0.46(P < 0.01).The average authority degree coefficient of experts is 0.83.2.6 first-level indexes,18 second-level indexes and 58 third-level indexes were established,and 6 first-level indexes were student source quality,tutor guidance quality,curriculum quality,clinical practice teaching quality,paper achievement and social evaluation,respectively.the weights are 0.0991?0.1746?0.0786?0.4598?0.1295 and 0.0583 respectively.3.The overall Cronbach's ? of the index system is 0.96,in which the Cronbach's ? of each item is 0.84~0.98.Through exploratory factor analysis,6 common factors were extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 54.98%.It is basically consistent with the six first-level indexes of the expected conception,and the theoretical classification is in good agreement with the actual test.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that except for the social evaluation dimension,the chi-square 2/df all reached the evaluation standard,and the labeled fitting index(NFI),goodness-of-fit index(GFI),value-added fitting index(IFI)and The root mean square of approximate error(RMSEA)mostly meets the evaluation standard,and the fitting effect is ideal.4.Feasibility analysis results: the recovery rate of the questionnaire was 97.22%,and the effective rate of the questionnaire was 95.56%.At the same time,The questionnaires were completed within 10 minutes.5.In this study,the graduate students believed that the quality dimension of clinical practice teaching had the greatest influence on the cultivation quality,and the score was: 4.34±0.650.The student quality dimension with the lowest influence was 3.91±0.689.The lowest score of the recognition degree of the index system is the student quality dimension,with a score of 3.91 ±0.689.The top five items in the index system were II-2 mentor guidance,Imur1 ideology and morality,IV-3 clinical practice effect,Imur3 physical and mental quality,and II-3 mentor guidance results.The top five items in the impact degree score were Vmur3 paper results,Vmurl thesis title opening,III-1 organization and management,VI school factors,and VI social factors.Conclusion:This research is based on the construction of a clinical medicine degree graduate evaluation quality evaluation index system under the background of medical education cooperation.Expert opinions are concentrated and coordinated.The index weights are relatively scientific and reasonable.Quality helps clinical graduate students,mentors,medical colleges,and training bases understand their respective responsibilities in the process of cultivating quality improvement,clarify their own advantages and existing problems,and improve clinical master degree more targetedly.The quality of postgraduate training lays the foundation.
