Research purposesThe purpose of this study a number of ways to build through the graduate nursing core competencies structure and its evaluation index system for schools to provide training in the light of objective standards, for cultivation, selection, assessment, appointment of personnel to provide excellent care and scientific and effective evaluation tools.ObjectSelect from nursing education, nursing management, clinical nursing, nursing research in four areas of 30 experts for the study.MethodsApplication of the literature analysis, theoretical analysis, in-depth interviews to explore the construction of graduate nursing core competencies evaluation index system based on the theory, basic principles, and the beginning of the proposed indicators; the application of Delphi expert consultation method of screening indicators; used Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight indicator system; utilization coefficient 'sɑ, the correlation coefficient index system such as reliability and validity testing; application of Excel 2003 and SPSS 11.5 statistical software for data processing.Results1. To determine the professional knowledge and skills, research ability, critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, professional development for the five major categories of indicators and has a layered structure of the evaluation indicators, including the five-level indicators, two indicators 16 months, the three indicators 66; two rounds of the survey of experts assigned to the indicators of central tendency is increasingly obvious that reducing the coefficient of variation tends to coordinate the coefficient tends to increase, indicating that the views of experts on indicators of a gradual increase in the level of coordination, indicators reasonable screening.2. Set the weights at all levels value. Application-level analysis, the use of the importance of both high and low points difference Saaty scale to identify, build a comparison matrix used to determine the weight of root and the largest eigenvalue and the level of single-sort, sort of consistency in the level of total test The results showed that consistency at all levels to meet the requirements of indicators in order to work out the value of an index weight are: 0.1873, 0.1419,0.3453,0.0638,0.2617. And use the principle of multiplication to calculate the probability of indicators at all levels of the portfolio weights, as detailed in Appendix 4.3. Expert group to choose a reasonable, high credibility of the findings. The basic situation of the Group of Experts to conduct a qualitative analysis, as well as the extent of the Group of Experts on quantitative analysis of the authority (the authority of the expert groups for the values 0.835), results show that the expert group has good representation, and authority levels; consultation questionnaire recovery are as follows: 83.78%, 96.67% and put forward constructive ideas of experts, representing a ratio of 56.67 percent, 72.22 percent adoption rate, the expert on this study has a high degree of enthusiasm and concern; investigate the coordination of the overall indicators of experts coefficients were 0.252, 0.325 (P all <0.01), indicating that coordination of expert advice, and, therefore, experts forecast is based on practical experience and theoretical basis, the higher the credibility of the findings desirable.4. Evaluation index system has good reliability and validity. Index system by analyzing the reliability of the expert, the surface of validity, content validity and so that the indicator system has good reliability and validity.Conclusion1. My graduate nursing core competencies include: professional knowledge and skills, research ability, critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, professional development.2. For my Master of Nursing evaluation index system of core competencies, including five-level indicators, two indicators 16, 66 three-level indicators, of which the weight of low-level indicators were: critical thinking ability (0.3453 ), the professional development of capacity (0.2617), professional knowledge and skills (0.1873), R & D capacity (0.1419), interpersonal skills (0.0638).Suggestion1. Nursing graduate will be the core of the capacity of evaluation index system of excellent care as one of the conditions for the selection of personnel;2. Master's degree in Nursing to a comprehensive capacity assessment, the need of special attention to their problems, analyze problems and problem-solving abilities;3. Master's degree in nursing education in the course of great importance to critical thinking ability of their professional development and ability.Originality In this studyNursing graduate will be as a research entity, the scientific establishment should have the ability of its evaluation index system models, improve and make up the current capacity of nursing graduate of the lack of evaluation research.Assumption for future study1. Further refine, enrich and improve the content of the evaluation index system;2. Empirical studies carried out;3. Master the ability to establish the level of care and computer-aided evaluation system, simplifying the evaluation process.
