AIMBased on the comprehensive review of relevant literatures on pharmacy postgraduate training at home and abroad, this study uses core competence theory and competency-based education theory as the theoretical basis, comprehensively applies social science research methods, and explores and establishes the core competence that pharmaceutical graduate students should possess. The core competence index system provides reference for the formulation of pharmacy graduate training programs, curriculum, selection of teaching methods, assessment and so on.Methods1.Based on the literature review and the current development status of pharmaceutical postgraduate training at home and abroad, the research team initially constructed the basic framework of the core competence evaluation index system for pharmaceutical graduate students.2.Using Delphi expert correspondence method to conduct 16 rounds of questionnaires on 16 experts,to inquire about the indicators of the initial index evaluation system, and use SPSS24.0 statistical analysis research data to judge the authoritative degree of the analysis expert's inquiry results.Coefficients,Kendall coordination coefficient and other indicators,to build a core performance evaluation index system for pharmaceutical graduate students.Results1.The first draft of the core competence evaluation index system for pharmacy graduate students designed by the research team contains six first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators.2.After the first round of enquiries,a total of 6 core competence level indicators,14 second-level indicators, and 35 third-level indicators were obtained. The importance scores of the first-level indicators fluctuated between 4.29 and 4.93,and the coefficient of variation changed.Between 0.05 and 0.17;the mean score of the secondary indicators fluctuates between 3.86 and 4.79,and the coefficient of variation varies between 0.08 and 0.25;the mean of the importance of the third-level indicators fluctuates between 3.36 and 4.71.The variation coefficient of variation is between 0.10 and 0.26,and the first round Kendall coordination coefficient W is 0.193.3.After the second round of enquiries,a total of 6 core competence level indicators,14 second-level indicators, and 33 third-level indicators were obtained. The importance scores of the first-level indicators fluctuated between 4.22 and 5.00,and the coefficient of variation changed.Between 0.00 and 0.16;the mean score of the secondary indicators fluctuates between 4.00 and 4.86,and the coefficient of variation varies between 0.00 and 0.18;the importance score of the third-level indicators fluctuates between 3.86 and 5.00.The coefficient of variation varies between 0.00 and 0.31,and the second-round Kendall coordination coefficient W is 0.331.4.The general authority level of the expert(Cr)>0.7 is considered to be more authoritative. The judgment coefficient of this research expert is 0.80,the familiarity coefficient is 0.67,and Cr is 0.74,greater than 0.7.Explain that the expert's authority is high, indicating the reliability of the results of this research. The W of the two rounds of letters and experts' opinions is 0.193 and 0.331,respectively.The P values are less than 0.01,indicating that the difference is statistically significant. This indicates that the opinions of the experts are more concentrated and the results are credible.Conclusions1.The core evaluation index system of clinical pharmacy graduate students constructed in this study includes 6 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators, and 33 third-level indicators. The weights of the first-level indicators are from high to low: professional knowledge, clinical practice ability, scientific research ability, basic literacy, communication ability, professional development ability.2.The core competence evaluation index system of clinical pharmacy graduated in this study is based on core competence, and comprehensively covers clinical pharmacy in six aspects: basic literacy, communication ability, professional knowledge, scientific research ability, clinical ability and professional development ability. All aspects of the master's ability requirements can provide reference for the development of future clinical pharmacy graduate programs, curriculum, and teaching methods.
