Clinical Observation Of Dehumidification Blood-regulating Wind-expelling Method In The Treatment Of Chronic Eczema

ObjectiveThrough observation of EASI score and pruritus score before and after the treatment of patients with chronic eczema in the treatment group (Chinese Medicines Group+Fufang Shezhi Ruangao) and control group (Loratadine Tablets +Fufang Shezhi Ruangao), the clinical effect of the two groups would be evaluated, so as to provide a better treatment for chronic eczema.Methods60 cases chronic eczema patients in the research would be randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases for each treatment group and control group. Treatment group would use skin detoxication decoction for oral taking (made of 30g rhizoma smilacis glabrae, 10g curcuma zedoary, 10g ligusticum wallichii,15g cortex lycii radicis,15g lithospermum, 10g sophora flavescens,15g cortex dictamni,15g fructus kochiae,15gdried rehamnnia root,6g liquorice, etc.) and Fufang Shezhi Ruangao for external use to treat chronic eczema; while control group would use Loratadine Tablets for oral use and Fufang Shezhi Ruangao for external use. Traditional Chinese medicines would be offered by the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one dose a day, decocted in water for oral dose; Loratadine Tablets is produced by Shanghai Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical Limited Company, 10mg per pill, one pill a day, oral use; Fufang Shezhi Ruangao is produced by Guangdong SEKO Pharmaceutical Limited Company.ResultsAnalysis of variance would be carried out in terms of the patients’ age, gender and condition score prior to the treatment P>0.05, the difference has no statistical significance, but comparability.1. EASI score:31 cases from treatment group,3 cases recovered,19 cases showing effect,4 cases effective,5 cases showing no effect, effect-showing rate of 70.97%, effective rate of 83.87%; 28 cases from control group,1 cases recovered,12 cases showing effective,3 cases effective,12 cases having no effect, effect showing rate of 44.83% and effective rate of 55.17%. After t test, P<0.05, the differences have statistical significance, indicating that skin lesions have been improved after treatment of the two groups.2. Pruritus score:after treatment, the pruritus condition has been improved in the two groups, but the itching degree of the patients in the treatment group is reduced more evidently compared to that in the control group.ConclusionThe effect of treating chronic eczema in traditional Chinese medicine group based on dehumidification blood-regulating wind-expelling method is better than the treatment by Loratadine Tablets for oral use.
