Spleen Dehumidification Method Of Cooling Blood Detoxification Treatment Of Chronic Eczema Clinical Studies

My tutor-professor Zhou deying figures that weakness in the gift, deficiency in positive qi and deficiency in spleen is the important factor to the occurrence of chronic eczema. It can cause wind,dampness,blood-heat and noxious stasis blocking in the skin .The heart and the spleen are two important zang-organs related to chronic eczema. Blood-heat,deficiency in spleen,dampness-heat and noxious stasis plays an important role of pathogenesis in chronic eczema. Because of the abundant experience in clinic, my tutor-professor Zhou figures the method of Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi is the efficiency way to treat chronic eczema. This research is aimed to confirm the method's treatment effect on chronic eczema through observing clinical syndrome score,itching symptom and the rate of recurrence.In this article, two parts are included. One is the literature review, the other is the clinical study report.The literature review consists of two parts. The first part named"the traditional Chinese medicine research development on eczema"is about the general situation of eczema research in traditional Chinese medicine. It includes the historical names of eczema, recognition of the pathogenesis of eczema, internal and topical treatment and the new research progress within ten years. The second part named"the modern medicine research development on eczema"is about the research progress of eczema in modern medicine, and the results of recent research .In the part of clinical study, 90 patients with chronic eczema were divided into three groups at random: Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction group (30cases), Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablet group (30cases), Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablet group (30cases).All patients were treated for 4 weeks, and observed at 3 time spots, namely the treatment beginning,7th,28th after the treatment. We evaluate the effect by comparing clinical syndrome score and itching symptom at 3 time spots.Through the research ,it is proved that Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction group and Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablet group have more obvious treatment effect on chronic eczema than Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablet group: The treatment effect of Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction group on chronic eczema corresponds with the treatment effect of Liangxue jiedu jianpi chushi decoction combined with Cetirizine Hydrochloride tablet group .
