Objective:To observe the clinical effect of dehumidification xiaoxiao decoction on infantile eczema(dampness-heat immersion syndrome),and provide reference for clinic. Methods: Sixty cases of infantile eczema(dampness-heat immersion syndrome)in the outpatient clinic of the tutor from June 2018 to June 2019 were included. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given "dehumidification xiaoxiao decoction",and the control group was given "anti-ginseng and anti-itch granules".Statistical data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software, including baseline data, comparison of TCM syndrome scores before treatment, comparison of intra-group efficacy between treatment group and control group before and after treatment, comparison between the two groups after treatment and recurrence. Results: 1.Baseline evaluation: there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.2.TCM syndrome evaluation:(1)main symptoms: the comparison between the two groups with the score of main symptoms before treatment(P > 0.05)was comparable. The comparison between the two groups in the treatment of the main symptoms of exudation,P < 0.05.There was no statistical significance in the scores of other major diseases(P > 0.05),indicating that the two groups had similar efficacy in other major diseases.(2)secondary symptom: before and after treatment, there were statistical differences in the scores of the two groups of secondary symptom groups and the scores of the two groups of secondary symptom groups after treatment(P<0.05).(3)total curative effect of TCM syndromes: 30 cases in the treatment group,2 cases cured,22 cases demonstrated,1 case effective,5 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 83.3%.In the control group, there were 30 cases, including 1 cured case,6 effective cases,12 effective cases and 11 ineffective cases, with a total effective rate of 63.3%.The effective rate between the two groups was compared,P < 0.05,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.3.Disease efficacy evaluation: short-term efficacy: the effective rate of the two groups was compared between the two groups, with P < 0.05,indicating that the treatment group had a better effect than the control group.Long-term efficacy: 2 cases of cured children in the treatment group were followed up for 3 months without recurrence. In the control group,1 patient relapsed. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.4.Safety evaluation: there were no abnormalities in physical examination and laboratory examination before and after treatment, and no adverse reactions were found. Conclusion: The treatment group was superior to the control group in exudation, secondary symptoms,TCM syndromes and short-term curative effect, and the recurrence rate was lower than the control group. The other main symptoms had the same effect.
