Objective:To investigate Jilin province level of first-class hospital clinical nurses psychological capital, the present situation of the organizational identification and job performance and its influencing factors; To explore the clinical nurses psychological capital, the relationship between organizational identification and job performance; Analyzed the clinical nurses work performance and main predictors, for clinical nurses to mobilize their enthusiasm for work, improving the work attitude to provide the reference and basis 。Methods:Using descriptive correlational design and the method of convenient sampling to investigate of Jilin province three level of first-class hospital 640 clinical nurses. Using the general questionnaire, nurses psychological capital and organizational identification scale questionnaire, job performance questionnaire. Using percentage, mean, standard such as social demographic characteristics, psychological capital and organizational identification and job performance; Using t test and single factor variance analysis to compare the clinical nurses the status quo of psychological capital, organizational identification, job performance and the general differences in demographic characteristics; Using Pearson correlation analysis, analysis of clinical nurses psychological capital, the relevance of organizational identification and job performance:Using multiple linear regression analysis, analysis the influence factors of clinical nurses work performance 。Result:(1) In Jilin province level 3 first-class hospital clinical nurses psychological capital is (3.88+ 0.48) points, total score of each dimension entry score from high to low in turn is:self-efficacy (3.95±0.52) and toughness (3.89±0.54)), hope (3.87±0.53), optimistic (3.81±0.54)。 Self-efficacy and toughness higher scores two dimensions, optimism dimension scored lowest.(2) Jilin province level of first-class hospital clinical nurses recognition score (4.82+1.10), organizational identification in the medium level, highest score for "I care about others to this hospital evaluation" (5.80±1.37), "I’d be happy to spent in our career" (5.80±1.36), lowest scoring for "I’m proud to be a member of this hospital" (5.12±1.58)。(3) Jilin province level of first-class hospital clinical nurses work performance always is divided into (3.28±0.43), and job performance in the medium level, highest score for leadership (3.32±0.49) and intensive care (3.32±0.48), the lowest for the education/collaboration capabilities (3.25±0.46), plan/assessment (3.25±0.50)。(4) Different types of highest record of formal schooling, employment, job title, duties, monthly income of clinical nurses psychological capital score difference was statistically significant 。 Different age, marital status, protect age of clinical nurses was no statistical significance between psychological capital 。(5)Different employment type, age, title, income of clinical nurses organizational identification was statistically significant between; Different marital status, position, the highest record of formal schooling, age between was not significant between organizational identity。(6) Different age groups, employment type, title, age, monthly income of clinical nurses job performance score difference is statistically significant; Different highest degree, marital status, position in clinical nurses working performance score differences were not statistically significant 。(7) Performance of each dimension and psychological capital, organization identity between each dimension scores were positively correlated (P< 0.01), the show is as psychological capital, organizational identification score higher, performance has been increased, whereas with the psychological capital and organizational identification score decreased, the performance also decreases。(8) Nurse job performance status as dependent variable, and eventually into the regression equation of the independent variable is the psychological capital, organizational identification, job title based on the nurse group, junior & senior group, the regression equation fitting better (F =117.345, P=117.345), R2=0.360, Adj. R2=0.357, the above three variables can explain 35.7% of the variation of clinical nurses work performance。Conclusion:(1) Jilin province level 3 first-class hospital clinical nurses psychological capital in the medium level; Self-efficacy and toughness higher scores two dimensions, optimistic dimension scored lowest; The highest record of formal schooling, employment type, title, position, monthly income and psychological capital score of clinical nurses 。(2) Jilin province level 3 first-class hospital clinical nurses organizational identification in the medium level; Employment type, age, title, income related to clinical nurses recognition scores。(3) Jilin province level 3 first-class hospital clinical nurses work performance is in medium level; Age, marital status, age groups, employment type, title, income related to clinical nurses work performance score。(4) Clinical nurses psychological capital, organizational identification and job performance significantly positive correlation between; Psychological capital, organizational identification, job title based on the nurse group, junior & senior group is one of the important variables affect clinical nurses work performance; Through the intervention of psychological capital and organizational identity is an effective way to improve clinical nurses work performance 。...
