Epidata3.0 software was used for data entry and SPSS19.0software was used for analysis, including descriptive analysis, parametric analysis(t-test,ANOVA analysis), nonparametric analysis(Mann-Whitney U test for comparison between two groups, Kruskal-Wallis H test for comparison including more than two groups), spearman correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.Results:1.The score on the competency of the clinical nurses was(313.52±41.17), average score was(3.69±0.48), the score rate of each dimension from high to low was: the empathy(4.03±0.58), self confidence(3.93±0.62), the sense of profession responsibility(3.89±0.56), initiative(3.84±0.65), the ability to interpersonal(3.80±0.61), harmony(3.72±0.96), emotion stability(3.71±0.63), analyzing judgment(3.66±0.58), learning appetite(3.65±0.66), organization and management(3.64±0.58),adaptability(3.60±0.67),impact and influence(3.45±0.75), achievement orientation(3.44±0.83), role awareness(3.44±0.83), problem-solving ability(3.22±0.62).2.The total score of nurses’ psychological capital was(90.13±14.90), and the average score was(4.51±0.75), the score rate of each dimension from high to low was optimistic(4.57±0.98), self efficacy(4.51±0.77), resilience(4.50±0.86) and hope(4.47±0.81).3.The total score of nurses’ job performance was(76.08±10.59), and the total score was(4.01±0.56), and the score rate of each dimension from high to low was interpersonal(4.00±0.56), promotion(4.08±0.64), task performance(3.60±0.63).4.Different ages, the initial degree, departments, title, duties, the nature of the employment and work experience were the influence factors of competency(P<0.05);Different ages, initial education, title, duties, the nature of employment and work experience were the influence factors of psychological capital(P<0.05); Different ages, initial education, departments, title, duties, marital status, nature of employment and work experience were the influence factors of job performance(P<0.05).5.The clinical nurses’ competency, psychological capital and job performance had a significant correlation.6.The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis for the job performance showed that work experience, psychological capita, empathy, the sense of profession responsibility, impact and influence were entered the regression equation.
