Objectives:As the attention of medical services from the Ministry of Health, the hospital has paid attention to the medical service quality and nurses’conditions. By exploring the situation of the nurse organizational support, job satisfaction and the psychological capital, the research provides the reference basis to nurses’ psychological health education and nursing management, with the purpose of improving nurses psychological capital, organization support and job satisfaction in the clinical job, which is applied to maintain the relative stability of the nursing team and the physical and psychological health of nursing team to achieve high quality work.Methods:By the correlation study design method was described in non-experimental study, we distributed 300 relevant questionnaires on the targets of nurses who are on the job of the top three Hospital in Jilin Province,290 valid questionnaires are recovered, with 96.7% collecting rate.279 effective questionnaires are collected, with 93% effective collecting rate. We adopt the psychological capital scale (PCQ), organizational support scale (NWI-R), job satisfaction scale, and general information, psychological capital, organizational support, job satisfaction. And its relevant variables factors and correlation are compared and analyzed. Besides, we apply SPSS 19.0 statistical software for data input, sorting, summary and results.Results:1. The average score of nurses’psychological capital was (4.32±0.76), and the total score range was 1-6. According to the score, four dimensions were from high to low, self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resistance to setbacks; In this study, the level nurses psychological capital was correlative with age, marriage, stability, job years, the title (P≤0.05).2. The average score of nurses’organizational support (2.89±0.45), the total score range was1-4, According to the score, five dimensions were from high to low, they are quality of job, hospital participation, management ability, staffing and cooperation of nurse and physician; In this study, nurse group support was correlative with age, stability, job years, the title (P≤0.01).3. The average score of nurses’job satisfaction was (2.89±0.97), and the total score range was 1-5. According to the score, two dimensions from high to low,they were intrinsic satisfaction and extrinsic satisfaction; In this study,the nurses’job satisfaction was correlative with the diffent department and diffent qualification (P≤0.05).4. There was a significant correlation between the nurse’s psychological capital, organizational support and job satisfaction(r=0.712,P±0.01). Nurses psychological capital scores was significantly positive correlative with organizational support scores (r=0.653,P≤0.01); Nurses organizational support scores was significantly positive correlative with job satisfaction scores ((r=0.685,∝≤0.01).Conclusions:1. The nurse psychological capital, organizational support and job satisfaction are on up the medium level, nurse job satisfaction is on medium level in JiLin Province.2. Diffent age, marriage status, stability, job years and the title are correlative with nurses’psychological capital and organizational support.3. The nurses’psychological capitals is positive correlative with organizational support, the nurses’psychological capitals is positive correlative with job satisfaction, the job satisfaction is positive correlative with organizational support.4. We can get better nurse job satisfaction by improving nurse psychological capital and organizational support.
