Correlations Of The Expression Of Basic Fibrobiast Growth Factor In Human Gastric Mucosa With Raised Erosive Gastritis

AIM: To study the expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in gastric mucosa .Discuss the role bFGF plays in the repaire of mucosa and the relationship between bFGF and Raised erosive gastritis.METHODS:The expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF):in Superficial gastritis (20case), Raised erosive gastritis (20case),Flat erosive gastritis (20case) was examined by Immunohistochemistry methods and emi-quantitative analysis.RESULTS:The expression intensity of bFGF was different among Superficial gastritis,Raised erosive gastritis and Flat erosive gastritis. The expression in Superficial gastritis mucosa was weeky positive,and was positive in Flat erosive astritis ,strong positive in raised erosive gastritis. The positive single of bFGF was localize in granulation tissues, extracellar matnx(ECM),fibrobiasts and endothelial cells.There are signifition difference between the Superficial gastritis mucosa and flat erosive,P<0.05;there are signifition hinger in Raised erosive gastritis than in flat erosive gastritis,P<0.05.CONCLUSION:The basic fibrobIast growth factor promote the repaire of the injury mucosa in flat erosive.That the signifition higher expression of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in verrucous gastritis than in flat erosive gastritis suggest there is a relation between verression gastritis and the excess expression of bFGF...
