Clinical And Experimental Research On Promoting Involution Of Uterus After Term Delivery With Formula Of ChanHouShengHua

BackgroundUterine instauration is one of the most important changes in puerperium.Puerperal period is a physiology stage and not a pathologic one. During this period the biggest change in the maternal is the recovery of the reproductive system. Non traumatic and auxiliary function in medicine is to promote uterine instauration. With the progress of the society and the improvement of living level,people tend to increase emphasis on postpartum recovery and expect highly to Non pregnant state after term delivery.Until now Modern medicine still did not have effective ways to accelerate the instauration of postpartum uterus and overall rehabilitation. As Western medical therapies, Symptomatic treatment is the main treatment for subinvolution.As to subinvolution, uterotonic and physiotherapy should be given.Chinese medicine Summarizes the characteristics of puerperium as "deficiency of blood fluids, blooding stasis" based on physiological state and pathogenesy.The Chinese treatment principles are nourishing blood and breath, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation. It is the unique therapy for Involution of uterus.ObjectTo observe a definite effect of formula of ChanHouShengHua on promoting involution of uterus and to estimate the clinical validity from clinical and experimental research.Method84 normal labor and 84 cesarean section who underwent cesarean section in the Chinese traditional medicine hospital of Shenzhen were stochastically divided into two groups:treatment group (42) and control group (42). Treatment group used the formula of ChanHouShengHua,while control group used the formula of ShengHua.After treatment, carry on the comparison, the observation of each two groups including postpartum daily fundus drop height, the amount of lochia, lochia duration, uterine volume,B-ultra report, etc. Analyze the data and analyze the efficacy of formula of ChanHouShengHua. The subjects were 40 health sexually mature female SD rats (200～220 g) in the experimental research,10 were Blank group, the rest of 30 conceptional rats were randomly divided into three groups:control group, ChanHouShengHua group, ShengHua (C and S) group. The C and S groups were given corresponding medicines for 7 days, and then observe the uterus’ wet weight and organ coefficient and tissue section in the histopathology. After all, to probe into the clinical curative effect of formula of ChanHouShengHua the four groups were compared using an analysis of variance test.Result1. The clinical research(1) Uterine instauration:The treatment group is superior to the control groups in accelerating the drop height of uterine funds, reducing the amount of lochia, shortening the time of lochia clean, narrowing the uterine volume.(2) Drug safety:During the course of the treatment, the subject did not develop an allergic reaction hepar and renal functional lesion, gastrointestinal tract reaction, allergic reaction after treatment.2. Experimental research(1) Uterus’ wet weight and organ coefficient:Compared with the blank group, The S groups, control group is statistically significant; compared with the control group, the S groups, the C groups is statistically significant; compared with the S group, the C groups is statistically significant; there is no significant difference between the C groups and the blank group.(2) Tissue section in the histopathology:Compared with the blank group, the incomplete intima, the uterus increases, inflammatory cells increased, blood vessels dilate, obvious bleeder in the smooth muscle, dropsy of part Interstitial cell, with moderate amount of hemosiderin that indicate stale hemorrhage can been seen in the control group. In the S group, a small quantity of inflammatory cells had infiltration, gland hyperplasia, hemorrhage in the mesenchyma and muscular layer, a small amount of hemosiderin can been found. And there is no significant difference between the S group and the blank group, which has a slight bit of bleeding and mild inflammation of interstitial tissue. ConclusionThe safe and exact curative effect of Chan Hou Sheng Hua in promoting involution of Uterus after term delivery can been fully proved, including accelerating the drop height of uterine funds, reducing the amount of lochia, shortening the time of lochia clean, narrowing the uterine volume. It is worthy to be applied widely in clinical practice.
