| Objective:Guided by theory of traditional Chinese medicine,the degree and duration of lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral soreness,vaginal bleeding,mental appetite,fever,blood cell analysis,and gynecological B ultrasound were observed after painless artificial abortion.Observation and analysis of Wujia biochemistry capsule was carried out to evaluate the effect of Wujia biochemistry capsule on involution of uterus after painless abortion.Methods:86 Patients with painless abortion were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 43 cases respectively.Observation group:(1)postoperative routine prevention of infection with metronidazole 250 ML intravenous drip,once a day,three consecutive days;(2)six tablets of Wujia biochemistry capsule were taken orally,twice a day,for 7 days.Control group: postoperative routine prevention of infection with metronidazole 250 ML intravenous drip,once a day,three consecutive days.Clinical symptoms,vaginal bleeding time,blood cell analysis,gynecological B-ultrasound examination and other observation indicators were established,through observed contents score and statistical analysis to evaluate patients of the two groups to promote clinical efficacy of uterine restoration.Results:1.Curative effect of involution of uterus:(1)Vaginal bleeding,i.e.,bleeding time and amount:Comparison between groups,average bleeding duration time for patients in observation group was 2.67 ± 0.94 days,average score was 0.57 ± 0.55;average bleeding duration time for patients in control group was 4.27 ± 1.69 days,average score was 1.16 ± 0.61,two groups were compared with average number of days bleeding,bleeding time(P=0.001 < 0.01,score P=0.00 < 0.01),difference was statistically significant,as for patients in observation group after treatment,duration of vaginal bleeding was significantly less than control group.Comparison between two groups,average score for bleeding volume in observation group was 0.61 ± 0.54,and that of control group was 0.77 ± 0.52.There was no significant difference in reducing bleeding volume between observation group and control group(P=0.181 > 0.05),which indicated that curative effects of two groups were equal.(2)Gynecological ultrasound:Intrauterine strong echo rate was 4.65% of postoperative medication in observation group,average score was 0.14 ± 0.63;strong echo rate in control group was 18.6%,average score was 0.55 ± 1.17.After comparing between groups,difference was statistically significant(intrauterine strong echo P=0.044 < 0.05,score P=0.045 < 0.05)in reducing intrauterine strong echo after postoperative medication for patients in observation group.Curative effect of reducing strong intrauterine echo in observation group was lower than that of control group.Average of uterine threediameter was 18.54 ± 2.35 after treatment in observation group,average of reducing was 1.59 ± 1.33,average score of reducing was 1.44 ± 0.79 Average of uterine threediameter was 18.91 ±1.89 after treatment in control group,average of reducing was 1.46±1.59,average score of reducing was 1.38±0.84,there was no statistically significant difference in postoperative medication for reducing uterine three-diameter,(three-diameter reducing P=0.681 > 0.05,reducing score was P=0.823 > 0.05.Rate of hydroma in observation group was 18.6%,while that in control group was 32.56%.difference between two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.138 > 0.05).2.TCM symptom efficacy:Comparing in groups,two groups were compared in terms of hypogastrium distention and pain after medication.difference was significant(P=0.00 < 0 in observation group,P=0.00 < 0.01 in control group);difference between two groups was statistically significant(P=0.00 < 0.01 in observation group,.P=0.00 < 0.01 in control group was)in terms of curative effect on waist soreness after medication,and difference of appetite in two groups was statistically significant(P=0.00<0.01 in observation group,P=0.00 < 0.01 in control group),and there was no significant difference between two groups before and after treatment in mental state(P=0.50>0.05 in observation group,P=0.50 ? 0.05 in control group),and there was no significant difference between two groups before and after treatment of fever(P=0.50>0.05 in observation group,P=0.50 > 0.05 in control group).Comparing between groups,hypogastrium distention,pain scores were 0.13 ± 0.34 in observation group after treatment,hypogastrium distention,pain score was 0.43 ± 0.50 in control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003 < 0.01)in terms of improving hypogastrium distention and pain,which showed that observation group curative effect was significantly better than that of control group;score of waist soreness was 0.05 ± 0.21 in observation group after medication,score of waist soreness in control group after medication was 0.18 ± 0.39,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.034 < 0.01)in improving soreness of waist,which showed that curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group;in spirit,appetite,fever,curative effects of two groups were equal.There was no statistically significant difference(P=0.059/ 0.317 /1.00 > 0.05).3.Comparing TCM syndromes comprehensive curative effect in two groups total curative effect of observation group and control group is 93% and 74.4% respectively,after statistical test,P=0.039 < 0.05,difference is significant,clinical symptoms of observation group is better than control group.4.In observation group,RBC and Hb were higher than those before treatment.There was no significant change of leukocyte in two groups after treatment.Conclusion:1.Application of Wujia biochemistry capsule in painless abortion can shorten duration of vaginal bleeding,reduce strong hysteric rate of uterine cavity,and promote involution of uterus after painless abortion.2.Wujia biochemical capsule can significantly improve pain and distension of lower abdomen after painless abortion,and can improve pain of lumbar pain.3.Wujia biochemistry capsule can promote increase of erythrocyte and hemoglobin in peripheral blood after painless abortion. |
