The Clinical Observation Of Prompting The Involution Of Uterus After Cesarean Section By "Shenghua Decoction Variations"

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of "Shenghua Decoction variations" on uterine regeneration after cesarean section.Compare the difference between routine treatment and biochemical decoction in promoting uterine contractions,improving the amount and duration of foul dew,hemodynamics,milk secretion function and postoperative symptoms and signsMethods: Randomized and controlled study methods were used.A total of 80 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases each.The control group was routinely treated with oxytocin as preventive therapy,while the treatment group was supplemented with "Shenghua Decoction variations" for two courses on the basis of the same treatment as in the control group.One course consisted of three doses.after the treatment of 2 courses,collect data and test indicators,together with the degree of uterine contraction and decline,the amount and the duration of lochia and the improvement of symptoms and signs were collected,Comparison of therapeutic efficacy between two groups.Results:1.Comparison of the degree of uterus decline after treatment in both groups: the uterus decline in both groups tended to be faster as time went by.There was no significant difference in the degree of uterine descent between the two groups during the first and second days of postoperative treatment(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in the degree of uterine decline between the two groups(P <0.05)(See Table 6).The average degree of uterine decline in the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the application of "Shenghua Decoction variations" in the treatment group can promote uterine contraction,thus resulting in the uterine decline of treatment group significantly better than the control group.2.Comparison of the postpartum lochia body strength between the experimental group and the comparison group: There was no significant difference between the two groups in the first and second day after the operation(P >0.05),There was significant difference in the amount of lochia on the 2nd to 6th postoperative day(P<0.05)(See Table 7),indicating that the treatment group can promote uterine contraction and reduce the amount of lochia better than the control group.3.After the contrast treatment,the duration of the lochia and the duration of the blood lochia were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05);The p-values of both groups were less than 0.05,indicating that both groups were statistical significant(see table 8).So we can conclude that "Shenghua Decoction variations" can effectively shorten the duration of lochia and the duration of bloody lochia.4.The effect of the two groups of maternal milk secretion in the treatment group and the control group was compared,P<0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.5.The comparison of the sum of endometrial thickness,length and width from ultrasound B on the 6th and 42 nd postoperative day,and the total scores of postoperative symptoms and signs in the two groups of samples concludes that "Shenghua Decoction variations" can rapidly promote involution of uterus and effectively improve postoperative symptoms and signs.Conclusion: "Shenghua Decoction variations" can help cesarean section postpartum uterine contractions,reduce the amount of postpartum lochia,help the mother to discharge the lochia,help the maternal postpartum uterus to relapse.
