The patient was a 26-year-old female with primary amenorrhea. On physical examination, she exhibited undeveloped secondary sex character. The level of hormones showed that she suffered from anterior pituitary hypofunction. Magnetic resonance imaging of the hypophysis displayed the pituitary involution associated with partial empty sella. Type-B ultrasonic displayed congenital absence of uterus. Karyotype was 46,XX.
